While taking a sweep of my BB Trail this a.m. I counted TWO Tree
Swallows!! Sad indeed.

And on the Dillon Peninsula? 6 to 8.

The numbers are dismal; when reminding people of the drop in population,
I'm often met with blind stares. They don't care but are rather bothered
by their swooping in the air as they feed on insects for which humans
benefit.

oh well.
