Hello All, After finishing my first final of the semester, I headed over to the CSU PERC (southwest corner of campus, accessible from Lake street or Pitkin street). I don't have binoculars on me, but I have heard quite a bit so far including a singing Black-throated Blue Warbler (seen high in a tree) and a Warbling Vireo. I wouldn't be surprised if there was more.
