Hi folks, I can't remember if *Eastern Phoebe* is considered a rarity anymore in the Front Range, but in case it is, I saw one this morning at Rocky Mountain Arsenal Wildlife Refuge, along 64th Ave at the very end of the paved road before it turns to gravel, at a creek crossing.
