There were at least 16 Forster's Terns on the north shore of Timnath
Reservoir, 9 in one compact group. There may have been another one or two
flying. While looking at the terns, one would flash in scope view being
chased by a gull trying to steal the minnow that it had caught. I could not
pick out any Common Tern in the group. There was also one immature Black
Tern in amongst the gulls.
