Bird seen by a number of birders around 10:00 this morning. Down the trail about a thousand yards past the green gate by the tennis courts. There are willows are on both sides of the trail on a slight uphill slope. Bird is sheltering in the willows on east side of trail only popping out intermittently due to the wind.
