This is an update from the Colorado RBA posted this morning.
The homeowner whose feeder attracted a immature male Rivoli's Hummer
(previous name,
Magnificent Hummingbird) near Durango yesterday has not seen it today, but
remains on the lookout.

She is considering inviting birders if it returns. One of the sticking
points is that the feeder
is mostly hidden from view unless one traipses through her house.

I will promptly update any news on this rarity and guidelines for visiting.

Thanks,
Joe Roller, Denver
Volunteer Rare Bird Alert compiler this week.
