We are still experiencing slow and sparrow-y days here in Grand Junction, with 13 new birds and 8 recaptures. Fortunately today's birds included two new species for the season - a Hermit Thrush and an Oregon Junco.

Banding goes until this Friday the 11th. A front that is expected to move through on Wed/Thurs may interfere with banding on those days. School groups arrive at around 9:30, so if you would like to visit it's best to arrive before then!
