About 6:30 am back by Boulder Creek, there was a Tennessee Warbler singing
high in the cottonwoods!!  It was with a small flock of Yellow-rumped
Warblers.  Its sharp, staccato song was instantly recognizable.  Just to be
certain, I asked my friend Karen Axe to play the song quietly on her phone.

Several Yellow Warblers and Yellowthroats were also singing throughout the
area.
