How will it be useful to you to parse this code?
I suggest to reduce parsing errors.
- More source code parts can be eventually skipped because some preprocessor
symbols will not be defined.
- The Coccinelle software could tolerate the specification 'extern "C++"' for
function prototypes if the parameter "-c++" was passed to the tool "spatch".
