Also, the next release will no longer be dependent on ocaml-sexplib-devel. We
stopped using sexplib.
I wonder why we need ocamlp4?
The ocaml-scripting facility uses it (runtime dependency), but don't ask
me why.
It's also used in the bundled pycaml source code to work as some kind of
cpp-like preprocessor (build-time dependency).
