If you use selectedvalue on a listbox with multiple selections, it will return only 
the value of the valuemember of the first selected item.   If you want to get all the 
selected members, use the selecteditems property which returns a collection of the 
selected objects. Since here you are binding to a datatable, the selected objects will 
be of type datarowview. loop through the collection, get the datarow associated with 
each selected object, and from the datarow get the value of the required field.   For 
example the following displays the 'ID' field values of all selected items in a 
listbox bound to a datatable.    
For Each drview As DataRowView In ListBox1.SelectedItems  
MsgBox(drview.Row("ID").ToString) 
Next drview
