It is documented in the MSDN KnowledgeBase (No. 814355) at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;814355 This occurs only if the Measurement System property of the Regional and Language Options of the computer is set to metric. However the users cannot be asked to change their settings to satisfy the utility. Is there any way by which I can retreive the Measurement System Property of the computer(API or any other means) so that necessary correction can be done in code.
