Dear Mathew
Its a small guess, do you get any option when you try to install the
application (run/install with Windows XP SP2), if not after the installation
try to run the exe (check in the properties compatibility mode...run with
windows xp sp2 or something like that)
I had a problem with a Foxpro based software when XP was introduced, but when i
tried this option, it got solved. Have you tried updating Vista, do all the
updates from Microsoft Web site.

Hi Raneesh,
Its not solved the problem, still the problem persists only with
windows vista, but working fine with windows XP and 2000, I dont know the
reason. any other solutions ?
