Message 1 in Discussion Hi, Kenney Jacob, CTO of Mobme had taken the initiative to organise the first Barcamp in Kerala at Trivandrum on 24th Nov 2007 (http://barcamp.org/BarCampKerala). For the newcomers, a Barcamp is an ad-hoc gathering born from the desire for people to share and learn in an open environment. It is an intense event with discussions, demos, and interaction from participants. Kenney is at present looking into the organising a Barcamp in Cochin sometime in Jan 2008. I also believe we should present something here -> How about the just released Visual Studio 2008 Express Editions? I think that would make a good session.
