Hi, I had a great tip from someone about dogs running out the doors. Put a leash on your baby. Open the door, tell her to sit, and when she runs out, close the door. She will realize she is outside and you are in. And she can't go anywhere, anyway. Do this a couple of times until you can open the door and she will continue to sit inside, knowing it is no fun to be outside by herself! Let me know how it works out. My puppy is too young and has not tried to run out yet, but I will certainly try this method if he does.
