i have a male cockapoo who is 1 1/2 and he is so sweet and affectionate, i have never had a dog who was such a big mush, he loves everyone and is so great with the kids. i recommend this breed to everyone i know. i have allergies and can't have a short hair dog or cats and the westie i had as a teenager made me sneeze but i got used to it, but i had no problems at all with buster. he really doesn't shed. he doesn't bark that much, only when he sees someone go by the house, or another dog go by. we don't leave him outside by himself so he doesn't bark because he is bored, he is too spoiled for that! they come in all different sizes, mine is 27 lbs, more like a cocker spaniel size but i hear alot of them are smaller.
