You need to put your poo in a crate with no 'pee pads'. This will teach him
that he needs to pee outside and not within the house. Crate training is
usually a much more effective means of teaching a puppy than the pee pads.

First of all I didn't see where it was said that the pup was in the crate
with pee pads, I read it as the pup is PULLING the paper into the crate to
shed.

Second I have 4 poos and 3 of 4 of them are dual trained to pads and
outside, my male prefers outside only. The 3 girls when its bad weather or an
emergency will use the pads.
