Okay, I'm crazily considering getting a cockapoo. Why crazy? Because
I just got a labradoodle less than two months ago! I was looking for a
cockapoo but the labradoodle kind of fell into our laps. We LOVE her
so much! However, she's already 35 lbs. and not a lap dog. I'd love
to add a chocolate or black boy to our lives. A little cuddle bug. I
know Sadie would love it too...she loves other dogs like no other.
My question is, when is a good time to add another dog/puppy? I'm not
thinking of doing it in the next few months, in fact, possibly not for
a year or more.
If my husband knew I was even thinking about it, he'd put me away, lol.
I homeschool my 10 year old son, so our dog gets plenty of attention
all day long. Two or three walks a day. Loads of play time. She's
kind of spoiled ;o)
I figure we went from having no dog, ever, to having Sadie. How much
harder could one more dog be??
I also have two grown daughters who live at home with us. Anyway,
please tell me I'm not totally crazy. If anyone here has a labradoodle
and a cockapoo, I'd love to hear from you. Any suggestions are greatly
