Her name was Ivy Ieppert. She sold him to me in Kilgore, TX, but I don't think she was from Kilgore. I think she lived in the surrounding area. She probably had to quit selling puppies in her town due to situations like Peppers and started going to the surrounding areas. I tried to get her number, never could get it. I don't know her husband's name, where she lives, anything. That was my fault. I had never bought a puppy before. I didn't know anything about puppy mills, backyard breeders or puppy brokers. I think it is horrible.
I wish she could go to jail. I really dispise what this woman did. I pray daily that the Lord will give me the strength to one day forgive her.
