Her name was Ivy Ieppert.  She sold him to me in Kilgore, TX, but I don't think 
she was from Kilgore.  I think she lived in the surrounding area.  She probably 
had to quit selling puppies in her town due to situations like Peppers and 
started going to the surrounding areas.  I tried to get her number, never could 
get it.  I don't know her husband's name, where she lives, anything.  That was 
my fault.  I had never bought a puppy before.  I didn't know anything about 
puppy mills, backyard breeders or puppy brokers.  I think it is horrible.  

I wish she could go to jail.  I really dispise what this woman did.  I pray 
daily that the Lord will give me the strength to one day forgive her.

Big time, she was arrested and the dogs were all confiscated it was all over 
the news several months ago.  Don't know the outcome haven't heard no more 
about it.
