You can also get the meds from like a target or walmart. Our little girl is on a med for her eyes and the vet gave us the presribtion told us it was about 5 bucks at those stores for the generic. I would ask the vet if it is something you can do that with. He is the one that brought it up because he said it was so expensive for him to give it to us. Check it out 5 compared to 50 is what we were facing. Good luck.

Cole has developed glaucoma in both eyes. Unfortunately his condition was not detected in time and he has loss the sight in his left eye. He has recently under gone surgery on his eye. He will need to be on Med's for the reminder of his life in order to try saving his sight in his right eye. We have been purchasing the Med's from our Vet, currently he is on five prescriptions, the costs are very high, around 500 a month.
