I was wondering what people suggest for the snow. I think putting boots on the dog will be difficult, hard, and annoying. Someone suggested to let his hair grow out on his paws to protect. What is suggested? Further, when should i be putting a coat on him. I have been cause he's a puppy and i dont want him to get sick. My thought process is, better to prevent then have a vet bill. any suggestions on things other than boots? I was thinking of having a cup with warm water by the door where i would dunk his feet in after coming from outside to do his necessities.
