This is hard to answer without knowing what area of the market you are
attempting to target. You likely will have to ask your customers / do
market research to get any real information.

For the customers that use our products we currently see over 40% of
users are now on 10.5 with all but a small fraction of the remainder
using 10.4 (less then 5% on 10.3, etc.). Leopard is rapidly gaining.

Also review <http://update.omnigroup.com/> (but keep in mind this is
only accurate for their customer base).
