Assuming you have a server backending the app, send an invitation email which includes a link such as: https://yourserver.com/invite/8765ahgkjhg765 Your server would show download instructions for your app in response to the above url. Then setup your app with a universal link, so that when the app is installed, clicking on the link in the email will launch your app with the specified invitation code. This will behave as follows: - if the app is not installed, the link goes to your server - if the app is installed, the link goes to your app Hope that's clear ...
