Thanks for pointing that out.. :)
Probably it is due to the PackageMaker. It has lots of bug which made me
waste a lot of time....
So, my brain is heated up.. and probably malfunctioned.. :)
I would like to report the bug.. but I'm tired....

It may be a bug, but it's certainly not a regression. It would be a
regression if the issue were on Leopard and not on Tiger. You have
the opposite issue, which is more typical.
