Please, *don't do this*.  Pretend 'system' doesn't exist.  unlink(2)
does exactly what you're looking for.

No.  This is computer security 101.  If you need to perform privileged
operations, use AuthorizationExecuteWithPrivileges.  Using this
function requires careful attention to detail.
