If I may, it doesn't do a good job.  It took me much Googling to
understand the difference, and I did not find the answer in the
documentation.  In fact I believe I found it on the list archives.

Of course once you get the point, the documentation is much clearer.
But to a beginner it certainly doesn't seem like there's any
difference between the two.
