According to the docs, acceptable time zone names include names like
"US/Pacific". What are the other names that can be used? Central,
Mountain, Atlantic? What's Hawaii's in this style?
I can't find "US/*" names in the list supplied by [NSTimeZone
knownTimeZoneNames], or in online sources.
