Given an NSObjectController subclass, or an NSManagedObjectContext (with chained controllers), is it possible to determine the set of objects + properties currently being edited?

The NSEditorRegistration protocol is untyped:

        - (void)objectDidBeginEditing:(id)editor;
        - (void)objectDidEndEditing:(id)editor;

and the editor is often an instance of a private class.

IIRC you can determine which view is being "edited" (i.e. what view an editor is associated with), but I don't believe Cocoa has any concept of "properties" being edited. If you can get the view, you can inspect its bindings, but that seems a rather roundabout way to do something that might have a smarter approach.
