This sounds like great code, but the license is somewhat unfortunate since it's incompatible with the BSD license used by most open- source Mac code. As it stands, your library couldn't be used by open- source Mac apps (or libraries) that use a non-GPL license.


And if you find MIT or BSD not restrictive enough, choose at least LGPL, so people will be able to dynamically link on the framework in other non GPLv3 products.
