If I create a UILabel in IB in a view & I place 1/2 of the label out of the view at the top, I can't seem to drag the view window around by the title bar where the label is. I know that having the control 1/2 out of the view isn't normal, but shouldn't the view window move around regardless of where I click on the window's title bar? _______________________________________________
