I want to be able to employ a delegate method after a delay. So what I have done, which works fine, is create a method in my class that calls the delegate method, and then I use performSelector:withObject:afterDelay: to call the second method:
[self performSelector:@selector(doSomething00) withObject:NULL afterDelay:4.0]; -(void)doSomething00{ [someDelegate doSomething]; } I am wondering though, if there might be a way to use performSelector:withObject:afterDelay: (or some similar method) to call the delegate method directly? thanks _______________________________________________ Cocoa-dev mailing list (Cocoa-dev@lists.apple.com) Please do not post admin requests or moderator comments to the list.
