Dear list, I have a core-data app which stores some of the application content as an NSData field containing RTFD data. I would like to create a corresponding iphone/ipad app which would ideally allow this data to be displayed and edited. I realise that the 'editing' part might be somewhat challenging due to the lack of built-in rich-text editor control on UIKit. For the reading part, I guess I can use UIWebView. So at the moment I'm planning just a reader companion app for the desktop app (with the data synced over mobileme), and I'll await a rich-text control on UIKit for the editing.
Does anyone have any advice or good ideas about this plan in general, and about how to handle RTFD data on iOS?
