This is in reference to earlier messages vis-a-vis png icons not displaying correctly on UITabBarItems.

It was suggested to make sure the icons have an alpha channel, so I reloaded them into GraphiConverter, and set it so they would have an alpha-channel mask, which I then copied from the icon graphic (it was only a b&w pic anyway), then resaved. I relaunched Xcode, pulled up the project, hit 'build and run' (simulator), and exited it with the simulator's home button, then deleted the app from the sim. I then cleaned the project, and rebuilt it - it still gives be only a solid-colored square for the UITabBar icons. Grrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!

How the h*** do I get these to display correctly??
