I just thought of one other thing. Did your user just upgrade to a new version 
from an older, incompatible version? If so, then he/she can fix the problem by 
manually deleting the older version, and then installing the newer version. 
I've noticed that System Preferences in Snow Leopard often fails to properly 
upgrade old screen savers for some reason. I've received reports of this quite 
often from users of my screen savers, particularly when Snow Leopard first 
launched & I published compatibility updates, and it's happened to me as well 
when upgrading old screen savers.
