My app, Ukelele (referenced earlier, http://scripts.sil.org/ukelele) will produce all you need - there's the option to specify any keyboard for which Apple gives a KCAP resource (which is most, if not all, keyboards), so you can get the images that way. You can either do a screen capture or print to PDF for each one.
