language-dialectic_locale, but is used either as language-dialectic or 
language_locale.

The problem seems to be that the Folders used to hold the Localized xibs are 
coded one way and the Prefs use the other, and then there is the old deprecated 
system that still overrides things, its a real mess.

Please, please demystify this someone.
