It's important that we all check existing documentation before pestering this list with a question.
I used to use the search capability in the Cocoa-dev list page (https://lists.apple.com/mailman/listinfo/cocoa-dev), but that disappeared at least a year ago, leaving only archive access to messages by year, month, and thread. I checked the list FAQ on this, but it's 404 and the postmaster didn't answer my request. So I asked Graham Cox off-list and he responded "you can also search the archives at the mirror site: http://www.cocoabuilder.com." It occurred to me in a blinding flash of insight that Apple dropped its (admittedly primitive) list search in favor of putting the archive on line so it could be searched by the big (more flexible) search engines. How do you list denizens typically check to see if a problem has already been solved before querying the list? _______________________________________________ Cocoa-dev mailing list (Cocoa-dev@lists.apple.com) Please do not post admin requests or moderator comments to the list.
