There is a mailing list, and some willing developers.
There's a basic build structure in CVS, along with a site mockup and
enhanced schemas for site and documentation.
Anyone interested in using Cocoon to generate the next-generation version of
xml.apache.org, please join!
There's lots of work to do :-)
