If I'm able to cut through the marketing-speak correctly, this looks like nothing more than a forms editor that reads and writes XML. Certainly useful, but I wouldn't hold my breath. Furthermore they say that it's "expected to be available in the middle of 2003", which sometimes (in some companies ;-) means much later.
