Welcome Reinhard. As you know the new account has been established. The next step is to sign and send in the Contributors License Agreement (CLA). Then set up your CVS access over SSH and put a ~/.forward file at your cvs.apache.org home directory to forward your @apache.org email.
There are some general background documents for new committers. There is the committers<at>apache.org (announce-only) which has occasional broadcasts. There are some Cocoon-specific things to do, such as join the cocoon-cvs mailing list so that you see all cvs messages and join the Cocoon PMC. If there is anything that i have forgotten, just ask on cocoon-dev. --David
