Xsl Formatting

I am facing lots of problems in formatting xsl's   as we have frontpage for generating html code , emulators for generating wml code,   do we have any tool for creating xsl's for html , wap  which is easy to use , placing components and getting xsl code instead of writing and checking it again and again     Thanks in advance
