Sorry, 

My answer was not complete... for the default namespace, you can use the
value '#default' as namespace prefix.

Thanks for your quick reply. Your solution helped me for all namespaces 
delared like this:
xmlns:name="mynamespace"
but what about the xmlns="myothernamespace" ?
I cant come up with a way of removing this one.
