Hi,
answering on my own questions is my hobby
i found that if i have xsp like this:
<xsp:page
...>
<some-taglib:tool-from-taglib/>
</xsp:page>
is an error.
i fixed it by enclosing <some-taglib:tool-from-taglib/>
with some other tag. and it works.
