The problem with FreeBSD 4.3 jdk1.1.8 and Jserv 1.1.2

Hi,all
        I met a strange problem under freebsd 4.3, jdk1.1.8, Jserv 1.1.2 with 
Cocoon1.8.2 , I saw 500 when I ask for Cocoon.xml
        I installed the Cocoon as install.html told me, step by step. I have succesful 
installed it under solaris and linux 
, but this time failed. the jserv.log as follow:

        Anybody met the same problem? Please tell me how to resolve it!
