I tried that, your right. You still have to use
<xsp-request:get-scheme/>://<xsp-request:get-server-name/>:<xsp-request:get-
server-port/>

But my problem here was that you will get something like
http://myserver:8080/cocoon/myprog/index.xsp
And I wanted: http://myserver:8080/cocoon/myprog/

What about <xsp-request:get-uri/> (its from cocoon's samples, there it's

with  as="xml" and it's working at least in v2.0.1).
