Holding an XML-file in src attribute is normal only for FileGenerator, even in that case the src is not necessarily a file, but can be any resource, e.g. src="http://my.com/news.xml" />. In this case the sunSpot-conf generator uses the src attribute to load the needed configuration file name. Where that configuration files are located is configured somewhere else, so instead of using a full path to your file you simply use a shorter name. Am I right, Carsten?
