Othman,
basically, WebTest is for functional testing (is the application compliant with user
requirements ?) while Cactus is focused on unit
testing (is this module behaving according to the architecural blueprint ?).
At the end of the day, is a matter of scope, like the difference between strategy and
tectics in military affairs.
