I get this error
org.apache.cocoon.ProcessingException: Could not read resource
file:/C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Tomcat
4.1/webapps/cocoon/WorkflowMAX/Default.xml:
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The prefix "esql" for element
"esql:connection" is not bound.

You can use another xsl or a generator to get this job done. For
example, using XSP:

<esql:connection>
  <esql:pool>mp_pool</esql:pool>
    <esql:execute-query>
      <esql:query>
        SELECT usr_id, usr_name, FROM users
        WHERE usr_enable=1
      </esql:query>
      <esql:results>
        <UsersList>
          <esql:row-results>
            <User>
              <ID><esql:get-int column="usr_id"/></ID>
              <Name><esql:get-string column="usr_name"/></Name>
            </User>
          </esql:row-results>
        </UsersList>
      </esql:results>
    </esql:execute-query>
</esql:connection>
