I think I have confirmed some problem - try http://localhost:8080/cocoon/samples/system/request.html?foo=bar&fee=fi it gives: ... <requestParameters> <parameter name="amp;fee"> <value>fi</value> </parameter> <parameter name="foo"> <value>fee</value> </parameter> </requestParameters> ...
