My emphasis was really on "bugfix" not "push out those cool new bits
of code" before pyweek :)
I'm fixing *bugs* in the tiling code that mean the tile layers aren't
scaled and rotated like they should be. And other bugs as I find them.
I believe these changes - and other bugfixes that have been made since
the last release - warrant a new release of Cocos before pyweek.
